I got my leap used for $250, which was an absolute steal. I think there's a couple more things I'm forgetting, but those were the major ones. v2 arm rests have an extra angled pivot below the cushion. This sounds bad at first, but the reason was because the way you raise them up and down, the weight of the metal actually made it a bit of a pain to get it into the place you wanted, so the plastic in the v2 is very strong, but makes it easier to adjust.

The v2 has better support for the shoulders (mostly because of that shape change) the arch on the back is slightly more supportive on v2.
